Minimum damage

The user can set by this option of the Calculation Methods menu, what is the level, below which the minimum damage will not be evaluated. It is used by strain-based fatigue parameters above all, where the number of cycles is primarily computed by the Newton-Raphson iterative method. Some iterations may be skipped and calculation time shortened by a proper use of this option.

Recommended values: 1e-15 - 1e-20

Note: The option is often only a dummy one for high-cycle methods. It is not used there at all. I need to improve further the system of choices.
